Platform License
CognitivePeak grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our cognitive assessment platform for personal cognitive enhancement and evaluation purposes.
Permitted Uses

- Brain training and mental performance improvement
- Educational use for learning about cognitive abilities
- Research purposes with proper attribution

✗ Prohibited
- Commercial redistribution of assessment tools
- Reverse engineering cognitive algorithms
- Creating derivative assessment platforms
- Selling or licensing assessment data
- Using for medical or clinical diagnosis
Intellectual Property Rights
Assessment Algorithms
All cognitive assessment algorithms, scoring methodologies, and evaluation frameworks are proprietary intellectual property of CognitivePeak and protected by copyright and trade secret laws.
User Data Rights
You retain ownership of your personal cognitive assessment data and results. We maintain rights to use anonymized, aggregated data for platform improvement and research purposes.
Scientific Methods
Our cognitive evaluation methodologies are based on established scientific research and validated psychological assessment techniques, used under appropriate licensing agreements.
